Production line & press line
Press lines, moved as a process chain.
Our specialty. Transfer presses, stamping lines, and linked cells relocated with hydraulics, geometry, and alignment intact.
What it is
A press line is not a set of independent machines. Slide-to-bolster geometry, pit and foundation conditions, hydraulic and electrical isolation, and the order of the process chain all have to survive the move.
We dismantle with labels and measurements, protect precision surfaces, and reinstall against datums. Large-tonnage work is planned as an engineered lift, not a warehouse shift.
Press-line sequence
01
Site and foundation review
Pit depth, bolsters, vibration, and access at both halls.
02
Isolation
Electrical and hydraulic systems made safe before the first wrench.
03
Documented dismantling
Structure, slides, and tooling tagged for the exact reverse sequence.
04
Heavy handling
Gantry and transport sized to the actual masses.
05
Reinstallation & alignment
Level, anchor, and restore slide and bolster accuracy.
06
Commissioning
Trial runs, safety checks, and production handover.
Why this is a specialty
- Geometry of the line is treated as a deliverable
- Foundation and pit conditions are in the plan, not an afterthought
- 3D documentation available before bolts turn
- Accuracy after the move is verified, not assumed
Production lines beyond presses
The same method applies to linked production lines in automotive, metal forming, packaging, and machinery plants: keep the interfaces, move the modules, synchronise, then run.
